Our aim
To help people notice the everyday habits behind how they feel. Most of what shapes sleep, energy, focus and long-term health is ordinary and modifiable — but it’s hard to see clearly from the inside. A structured set of questions makes patterns easier to spot.
Privacy
There are no accounts and no sign-up. Your answers and your score are stored only in your own browser and never sent to us or anyone else. Fonts are served from this domain, so no third party sees your visit. The privacy policy has the details.
Where the questions come from
Each assessment is built around the domains that published instruments and guidelines already cover — the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, the Insomnia Severity Index, the Epworth Sleepiness Scale, the Perceived Stress Scale, the Mediterranean diet adherence screener, the WHO physical activity guidelines, the American Heart Association’s Life’s Essential 8, and others. Every number a report quotes — minutes, hours, portions, thresholds — links to the paper or guideline it came from, with its PubMed identifier, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
What we don’t claim
These are self-assessments, not clinical instruments. They are not validated questionnaires, they are not diagnostic tools, and there is no AI interpreting your answers — the score is arithmetic. We also don’t compare you to a population, because we have no population data to compare you against. Anything that reads like a medical conclusion here is a habit summary, nothing more.
